Chef Dole is a self-taught chef and long standing advocate for local, organic, foods. Together with his wife Michelle he is a principle with Locally Produced events. While you won't see him cooking very often Chef Dole is always working behind the scenes coordinating with the farmers, setting up the outdoor kitchen and seeing to each events' logistics.

Chef McKindrick is a Florida native with a passion for the western Carolina Mountains and all they encompass. Most recently the Sous Chef of the Great Smoky Mountains Gourmet Dinner Train, Chef McKindrick favors substance, simplicity and style in his food. He also had a "do it yourself" approach, building his own carving stations, smokers and other cooking devices when creating culinary magic.
